Two ants standing in front of Mt. Everest don’t argue about who is taller unless they have taken their eyes off the mountain.

Struggling with patience?  Are you being too critical or too sensitive?

How about meditating on Isaiah 40:9-31 today?

You won’t grow in humility simply by determining to do so.  Rather, immerse yourself in the awesomeness of God.

Chris,
God is so working through you these past couple of days. Saying just the things I need to hear.
I am reading “Don’t Waste Your Life” by John Piper and am learning that life is so not about us(me) but totally about God and who he is.
It is a book that goes, I believe, with what our SS curriculum teaches. Do you think this might be a good book to suggest for SS leaders to read?
